What you can do at this location

  • See real granite. Color samples on a screen are not the color you get. Our showroom lets you see the stone in daylight before you commit to it.
  • Sit down with a designer. We draw a proof of your monument exactly as it will look, and nothing is engraved until you approve it.
  • Get the cemetery rules checked. Tell us the cemetery and we will confirm what it allows for size, thickness, material and vases before anything is cut.
  • Add a date to an existing stone. Second dates are engraved on location at the cemetery by our traveling engraver.
  • Order a veteran marker. We handle the VA paperwork and the granite base that goes with a government marker.

Monuments we make

Delivery and setting around Charlotte

We deliver and set monuments ourselves throughout the Charlotte area, and there is no delivery charge to the cemetery. Our crews pour a four inch foundation and set the monument flush or upright to the cemetery requirement, and we collect any fee the cemetery charges for an outside installation so you are not writing a second check.

How long it takes

Most monuments are installed two to four months after the order and the approved proof. In-stock granite colors and flat markers run shorter, imported colors and bronze run longer. A second date engraved at the cemetery takes about eight to ten weeks. Full timeline, stage by stage.

The cemetery has to approve the monument, and so does the person who owns the plot. What cemeteries restrict, and what their fees run.
